Women’s Team
An introduction to the Academy
Bromley FC Women was established in 2012 and has since grown into a cornerstone
of women’s football in the region. We proudly call the CopperJax Community Stadium
our home and compete in the London & South-East Regional Women’s Football League.

JOURNEY
Our journey has been remarkable, with our matchday attendance seeing over
a 50% year-on-year increase. As a testament to our growing fanbase, our opening
game for the 2025/26 season attracted an impressive 683 attendees. This surge
demonstrates not only the rising popularity of women’s football but also our
commitment to fostering a vibrant and engaging community around our team.
On and off the pitch, we are dedicated to championing growth and professionalism
in the game. Bromley FC Women is quickly earning a reputation for excellence in
developing women and girls’ football, nurturing talent at every level. Currently,
we have over 400 women and girls actively participating in football each week
through our expanding pathways, emphasising our mission to empower
female athletes and promote inclusivity in sports.
